2. General notes on this website

This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no external content (fonts, scripts, maps, videos or social media plug-ins) that would automatically transfer data to third parties when the page is loaded. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is required. All files used are delivered exclusively from our own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider: Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13-15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Deutschland. When you access the page, the host automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits for technical reasons. These are generally:

IP address of the requesting device (usually shortened/anonymised, depending on the host),
date and time of access,
name and URL of the file accessed,
amount of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval,
browser type used and, where applicable, the operating system,
the previously visited page (referrer URL).

This data is used for the technical delivery of the website, to ensure the security and stability of the system, and for troubleshooting. This data is not merged with other data sources or evaluated for marketing purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a technically flawless and secure presentation of the website pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting service provider.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

5. External links

This website contains links to external services, in particular to streaming platforms and social networks (e.g. Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). These are simple references (links); no data is transferred to these providers when you merely open our page. Only when you actively click such a link are you forwarded to the respective provider, and that provider's privacy policy then applies. We have no influence over the data processing carried out there.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address and the content of your message) will be processed for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, insofar as your request is aimed at concluding a contract. This data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The competent authority is that of the federal state in which the controller is based.

9. Validity of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid. As the website develops further or due to changes in legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to amend it.
